P&THE both in automotive, doing just about every job from Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, Warehouse and
Supply Chain Distribution, Staff Director to VP of Finance, SVP GM to Chief Sales Officer to COO and Group President
running P&Ls as large as $5-10B and as small as $2-22M, directing teams as large as 50K and as small as 7; leading
facilities as many as 10K and as few as 1; and leading as many as 9 officers across 5 (GM, AT&T, PepsiCo, T-Mobile,
Exelon) Fortune 90 companies to guiding 5 tier 1 & 2 suppliers, to identifying and attracting exceptional talent that
places P&THE in a unique position relative to many in the automotive minority owned supply game to the benefit of our
Customers, Employees, and Owners (C.E.O.).

Pancho Hall received his Bachelor of Science Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from the General Motors Institute (GMI), a
Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering (MSME) from the University of Michigan, and a Master of Business
Administration (MBA) from the University of Chicago.

Pancho is a well-respected senior executive who has routinely been called upon to resolve the tough business challenges
with profit, leadership, business development, unions, change management, startups, restructures, and capital
investment. Hall’s success in several leadership roles uniquely qualify him to understand those things that matter to the
bottom line and address them. His leadership roles have included leading/directing/developing people, retail outlets,
sales, plants, warehouses, fleets, facilities, finance, carve outs, spinoffs, acquisitions, JVs, certifications, contract
negotiations, business development, engineering, marketing, strategy, planning, pilots, betas, launches, startups,
integrations, mergers, and multiple turnarounds.

Formerly as Chief Operating Officer of TAG Holdings, LLC (a 27-year-old Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) – top 4 in
country 10 straight years), Pancho Hall confirmed his fortune 90 company experience transitioned well to the cashflow
and capital dollars realities of smaller companies. He quickly established standards for framing and aligning strategies,
opportunities, risk, and solutions for all TAG companies as well as the TAG Executive Team and as Group President he
directed and supported the activities of company leaders (i.e. Presidents and General Managers) in building and
executing growth plans that exceed proforma goals and established new profit and sales records.

In his prior role as Chief Sales Officer for Constellation/Exelon, Hall turned around a business that had not delivered
business plans from 2007-2012. He developed a team of eight VP/SVPs to deliver EBITDA better than plan for the
$10Billion Constellation deregulated energy team resulting in 11 consecutive quarters better than plan before his
departure. Arriving first quarter 2013, Hall recovered most of his inherited deficit, delivered full year targets by July
2014 and increase targets +40% for 2015 and exceed them by June. As Senior Vice President at T-Mobile Hall was
successful in rebuilding both 3PO, dealer, retail, and national account channels. He also led a JV carve out of T-Mobile
retail stores in Columbus, St Louis, Chicago, Minneapolis, and Wisconsin that has since grown to deliver 20% of T-Mobile
total sales. He also experienced similar success in significant leadership Roles with PepsiCo (Pepsi, Frito Lay, PepsiCo
Food Systems), AT&T, Fermi Lab, and General Motors.

Pancho Hall’s reputation for leveraging his command of business analytics, business development, leadership, and
operating experience to grow profits and market share contributed to his appointment as a Director for Bank of America
(Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri, Iowa). Hall has also delivered keynote presentations for both Inteva and Merced Global
Sales Conferences, as well as PepsiCo/T-Mobile/Constellation on “Leadership” & “Value Added Solution Based Selling”.

Pancho Hall currently serves on the executive board of City Year Detroit and United Way Southeastern Michigan. He has
also participated on the executive boards of Bank of America, The Chamber, Big Brothers and Sisters, and Wadsworth
Academy. Additionally, Hall has also actively participated in Executive Leadership Council (ELC), Boule,
