Our community continues to be underrepresented in the leadership P&L owner ranks with OEMs as well as Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers. We would like to begin to change this by helping minorities (priority) and others to learn from/leverage our collective experience and/or capability, proven track record of growing companies, building talent, building teams, as well as building market momentum to fill even bigger jobs at P&THE, OEMs, and suppliers.
