P&THE HOLDINGS KEY ENABLERS
Our team has come together most recently from C-Suite/Executive Fortune 90 Roles ranging from Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Engineering Officer, Chief Sales Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer, and Head of Global Purchasing and Supply Chain coupled with some former KPMG Global Partners and an accomplished Investment Banker. We have the talent, experience, and access to capital required to realize our vision and set P&THE Holdings up as a destination for both talented individuals and investment dollars seeking growth. This also provides the resources (people and capital) required to continue to grow and expand our vision over time. Pancho Hall received his Bachelor of Science Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from the General Motors Institute (GMI), a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering (MSME) from the University of Michigan, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Chicago.
As CEO, Chairman and majority owner of P&THE Holdings, LLC, Pancho Hall has spent years building businesses that exceeded expectations of Customers, Employees, and Owners (C.E.O.). His experience attacking and solving large business challenges across multiple industries (GM, AT&T, PepsiCo, T-Mobile, Exelon, TAG Holdings) will be invaluable. He has done just about every job starting with General Motors Assembly Division and ending with P&THE Holdings both in automotive, from Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, Warehouse to Supply Chain Distribution, Staff Director to VP of Finance, SVP GM to Chief Sales Officer to COO and Group President. He has run P&Ls as large as $5-10B and as small as $2-22M, directed teams as large as 50K and as small as 7; led facilities as many as 10K and as few as 1; and led as many as 9 officers, guided 5 tier 1 & 2 suppliers, to identifying and attracting exceptional talent that places P&THE in a unique position relative to many in the automotive Tier 2-3 supply game for the benefit of our Customers, Employees, and Owners (C.E.O.).
Pancho is a well-respected senior executive who has routinely been called upon to resolve the tough business challenges with profit, leadership, business development, unions, change management, startups, restructures, and capital investment. Hall’s success in several leadership roles uniquely qualifies him to understand those things that matter to the bottom line and address them. His leadership roles have included leading/directing/developing people, retail outlets, sales, plants, warehouses, fleets, facilities, finance, carve outs, spinoffs, acquisitions, JVs, certifications, contract negotiations, business development, engineering, marketing, strategy, planning, pilots, betas, launches, startups, integrations, mergers, and multiple turnarounds with GM, F.
Pancho’s passion and desire to provide something truly special has led him to seek out long time acquaintances, past colleagues, and accomplished leaders in their fields to build something that will be special in many ways and difficult to duplicate. Now targeting Automotive where many of the global leaders have been both friends and neighbors to our CEO and other leaders on our team for multiple years we expect our best successes ever!
