OUR VISION

P&THE Holdings, LLC is the realization of a shared vision that starts with several very accomplished senior executives who attended the same undergrad General Motors Institute (GMI now Kettering University). 
We envisioned an organization that leveraged our collective experience in dissecting business challenges, developing relevant strategies, depends on our leadership acumen to align, energize, and develop teams, and our business development skills and vast networks to consistently deliver products and services that customers expect in a work environment, that Employees deserve/expect and with the return’s Owner/Investors are promised (i.e. our C.E.O.).
